L2 score against Chipping Camden - Tudor saves the Day

Stroud Ladies 2 travelled away to face a strong Chipping Camden side determined to have an impact.

After saving goal after goal, rookie goal keeper and star player Sarah Tudor, proved she was anything but. Supported by her defence, Victoria Sharpe, Holly Fowles, Charlotte Bullock and Mhairi Spring who each saved at least one goal off the line. Ellie Freer and Esme Clarke made great arching runs into the D with the midfield Katie Elder, Becky Swanwick, Kanyana Mutalindwa and Freya Wallace tackling well. With six minutes to go, 10-0 down, Freya Wallace found space on the right wing, reached the D unmarked and scored! Final result 10-1 to CC.
