Mens Indoor

The mens section of the club play in the West of England indoor tournament held over 1 weekend each year in December. There are friendly tournaments which will be entered in preperation for the West of England tournament with matches taking place mid-week. Anyone wishing to get involved should speak with their team captain..

Mixed Indoor

Stroud Hockey Club enter 3 teams into the the Indoor 7-a-side tournament at Bentham near Cheltenham each year (usually indoor is 6-a-side, but the pitches are bigger at Bentham than stand indoor pitches)

There are two leagues in which to be entered with two Stroud teams in the top league (both teams dominating the top of the table having won for the last 2 seasons) and the other team in the second league.

The tournament does have silverware to be won, but the emphasis is on having fun and is always great for meeting enjoying some banter with players from other hockey teams local to Stroud, Gloucester and Cheltenham.

The tournament runs throughout the summer on Wednesday nights. Matches take place on a rotation, with the earliest starting at 6:30pm and the last finishing at 10:15pm
